Home Staging, Design & Renovation-- Something Zillow Can't Do!

As a team of realtors with access to a dream of designers, stagers, and craftsman, we strive to combine home and design.

Many people love to visit open houses in new home subdivisions and seeing the design centers. I have spent the last several years devoting my love of design to help my clients get their homes ready for sale, or remodel ones they have purchased. I have assembled a great team at great lengths to make these homes look like the ones you see on HGTV. As a homeowner, it can be frustrating watching these shows and not knowing where to begin. It's a step by step process and a lot simpler that you think, and not as expensive as you think.




It is amazing what a paint job, new hardware and counters can do for a kitchen. The color of the walls can change the dynamics of a room enhancing the windows and trim. It often shows off details that you would normally miss.

New construction is great, but the older well-built homes can also look fabulous with minor changes. We basically bring a design center into your home. We discuss options and upgrades that make the home look like a showroom.




Buyers and sellers of resales need these services, too. We have partnered with several construction, painter, carpet, window, counter, (you name it!) companies to bring you the best prices. My stagers and designers, as well as myself, can see the big picture.

We have a remodeled home program for both sellers and buyers.




For sellers, it makes the days on market shorter. Our average days on market in 2015 were 29. That beats the standard 90 days by a long shot!

For buyers who are considering various properties and renovations, we can quickly get them accurate estimates so they can make informed offers. We can get samples of granite, tile, paint colors, lighting fixtures just like the builders design center can.

People need to see themselves living in a home and what it's potential is, not necessarily what it looks like resale.




For sellers we can tell them the market price of their home as is, the best renovations to increase value, and how much they can expect if they do them.

Sometimes, sellers don’t have $8,000 in the bank to get rid of personal paint colors, re-do the carpet, or install a new kitchen. But, they have equity! We often allow qualified sellers to use some of their equity with our vendors until closing for the renovations.

We use high-quality HDR photos and videos and even aerial photography. We also produce our own marketing materials and listing sheets. We use all of the Social Media platforms to get the home to the eyes of the consumer.

We give someone a feel for the home and the surrounding area. After all, people are buying a neighborhood, too.


We focus on the client experience. The remodeling services are drawing the clients to us and making the task of selling more enjoyable. Fewer days on market, less stress, and higher prices.

For buyers, we are in the business of getting people the homes they want and can be proud of.

Whether a proud seller or a happy new home owner, we make it happen. That’s something Google or Zillow can’t do!
